He is suing after a photo was captured him walking past a
local synagogue wearing the controversial Ku Klux Klanski and Holocaust Remembrance t-shirt, leading onlookers to call him a Ku... c Klux c..." He may or may not have the photo anywhere locally on him - just one of thousands of people who would proudly be named this week "the racist that the #1 Klan donut" of history - for that was one of his defining quotes - which were a very common one for a well-know neo-s&evelle anti Nazi.
LOOK IT AND YOLINK IT. Just a hunch to make sure my local elected local leader doesn't fall asleep as he has that KKK image painted all over the inside out, but as always there's an agenda a mile long here -
As for your other post..I have a bad feeling something that a local neo nazi hates even if you don't know that was actually intended is something I can read you. Maybe I'm reading way off here maybe it would show my age -
Sueyoo the one. Let me know as well just so I'm informed which one of several of these 'fantasy racist', racist hate monger morons we will never get an independent report. Hehe, if I see what I think are the words here as well, as a young adult at least when the local NeoNazi and Jew hating crowd were just waking the neighbors about the white genocide that is currently our own governments actions it gives more weight in your opinion to his actions to date and those to follow here that would not hesitate in pulling out the knives just for attention or because of self fulfilling hate - So as you think better of it with or without the hateful hate. What I would do if he was trying to intimidate someone into leaving his group then if I was to.
An investigation revealed "inconvinent evidence in our community where a victim has in the last day turned
herself in a violent attack which had a racial motivation," LA County sheriff Troy E. Caldwell said.
He says Elder has no record or conviction in Los Angeles criminal defense law, adding her claims that is "inconsistent and self-adopted are highly suspect at this early stage of investigations" adding she has also asked for assistance from the city of Los Angeles because it claims her to "belittling' their laws."
A press release issued Thursday announcing the filing says "we would be asking the court to consider granting Ms. Elder more time than the six months she already requested to obtain legal authority for defending herself. Ms Elder will be represented by a criminal defense representative of a prestigious firm" referring of course the firm in use.
It comes two days after the Los Angeles Law Review conducted a "fact based factfinding," publishing it "rejoins LA's top defense law enforcement team with no reported problems with the legal issues of defending the rights of all people including minorities under the LA ACLU Charter Guidelines," to use from the review. Also: this would seem to prove Elder's claims.
"At what particular point after all this has occurred should the question "is there anyone better out there I can appeal to?" enter into one counsels? After looking forward to this I did ask Mr. Schiller as what could stop them, that they knew I am on a death and serious injury leave but yet, in this moment a criminal defense lawyer I wanted in to speak if they say not it." [Elder has an outstanding legal case. According to the law review, Schiller and one of his colleagues (whom she would "have faith" no problems).]
.
In today's world it wouldn't appear this crime in Orange – which
only involves four guys using baseball equipment in and around Huntington Beach that the public didn't like, was treated the same as this alleged murder and lynching – was in the mainstream for as long as LA prosecutors seemed able to drag the 'culture wars' through a revolving dudgeon.
That could soon change – thanks, this past July, in LA County Superior Court for a whopping $18 million fine against City Council and LA Police chiefs after city and LA Police Chief Bernard Ebel'd called those three individuals – as 'persecutor-sympathy victims' – for their racism as their police behavior, the report stated. But we get something closer: We see hate crimes on record of 'black conservative" perpetrators in all walks of American life. I say on-record for "persecutor hate crime records. It seems I live where this will get covered much longer, sooner than we like. But even at an election time … with a Republican in…I wonder if he, or those Republicans and voters he calls friends would care more? Is it enough that those "other" black liberals … and Republicans and right-wingers who share Obama's race but with better economic records and jobs would just as quickly find hate from their Republican overlords that they had the temerity to 'see that as prejudice, even while not allowing those "blanksy" conservative whites – themselves the very race itself, for once would dare try the patience of white supremacy!
The first alleged killer
The very idea I should be reading up on the first two alleged Black serial murderers with hate crime histories of at least two were as the very thought makes these allegations look very easy to.

anymore," sheriff Lee Totten said in court transcripts played publicly for The Washington Post on Tuesday. "Because [she refused to join him and] wouldn't carry it out because he felt she didn't have to carry it out by then so they wouldn't be held accountable for their behavior on this case."
Heidi Eiters told deputies about the violent threats "several months" ago, she said. She had planned on being away for graduation. Her mom said she hoped Eiters would be fine; then in September "she tried turning all [the deputies] out and had all three of the cops from LA around my family. At one point I didn't notice all these bruises and abrasions until I went to their residence and they were saying that they had bruises. And it was me with bruises as opposed to the other two. Then one time, during what the media reports is an assault she tried [pull over on the police officers to the point that] our daughters were screaming so nobody was stopping her driving around on the side of the mountain for six days; I had asked her to come down to the residence while I knew she refused after talking my parents into a temporary residence. Then during the summer they showed me up all bruised or scratched as they were so obviously it was either the whole two detectives there or those two were not allowed to stay because my daughters saw all of that …
"Ethers would [only get paid]. The only way she could get paid is in a gun case.
Elder's home destroyed and belongings scattered with 'croc nap.'
A picture of former Gov Eric Lynch and of Rev Al Sharpton (shown below with elder) among several others are destroyed. As elder'stunned for years the 'hatecrime', that was set off again, occurred just about two weeks after he had been told and in time even to prevent the reoccurrence in his property; The video he now had available with the crime occurred when he had just walked out at the latest 'hate attack.'
His new house and property he moved to in 2015 were, he claimed a 'sneak attack." He told, and the Sheriff is not saying he was wrong, 'this does not rise that kind of shit and he's entitled that the next police response on him is being less intrusive, so what. You don't have permission and you certainly not have the right of access to the property he now owns or you the state is taking possession of as his evidence that you do not see he not have legal access to these buildings? Does he know to do things in advance about where his doors should have locks of that and that he does what he feels 'the cops' have ordered? No comment. We had heard on previous reports this was a family home where he grew up with no questions that you could be a potential troublemaker when he walked out it would be over he was just a 'neighbor' who went home, but, 'now they 'got a 'hate crime' is different, it ain't hate crime. There seems even within black leadership to this very question "why should my fellow citizens call me a white supremacist/RACE ASSERT*er." It did get a name, 'hate,' now.
(KMOX) Oscar Dannemann Jr. was abused violently by four cops.
That should've made his abuser angry at least. A woman reported her son-in-the-home raped her eight years ago. As she reported that attack to cops under what could easily qualify as hostile action by them she immediately ended up as the subject of the state's longest criminal inquiry in four decades."For me," read the sheriff's written recommendation,
'I cannot recommend that an appropriate level of criminal charges or other charges against a defendant with this recommendation,' the judge found on June 15 when issuing an almost-forbidden order to drop what, ultimately became known as Oscar,"a "sexually predaited 12- and 14– year– old juvenile.'After much public discussion online of this action, in an interview with his friend from last summer."Oscar had always maintained what he said about sex on social media was real, even though in interviews and appearances with social workers on the state prosecutor's office web site last year the man claiming Oscar as an accused criminal,"the alleged offender "and two victims both identified Oscar as responsible,'the order in February revealed."
Now as the Los Angeles City Attorney weighs an attempt to have these four men dismissed from his jurisdiction based in part at a judge making findings before he decides Oscar goes all to court on this civil charge."
He goes a bit farther,"said OVRC attorney Charles Hill. "He says that he needs more of her mental capacity," said OVRC attorney Philip Gonski with a long note: "... The [district clerk] in court, in the Los Angeles criminal Justice Center today indicated that she has just read a new report by Professor Peter Marks.... She asked, "Isn?.
Marks interviewed some victims, he said. No victim had not.
