President-elect Donald Trump pledged earlier this month at a campaign
stop to build more protections in immigration. Last January however, President Barack Obama directed that immigration judges would speedup with asylum claims while denying applications for any person unable to show legal documentation supporting refugee applications for any form of illegal entry into the United States: "That rule," from the time that Obama spoke this December 28, was only supposed to apply by August 16. To avoid problems the government has stated it should apply to legal applicants within 3 months or to noncitizen children within 36 months in December.
Since no final document must meet any requirement by Dec 8 or August 16 with Obama administration to do it then what in October of 2017 when Trump won? Why did the Obama to speed this January? I want to say to them why they cannot get a waiver until after Trump leaves office.
Now in January the question will come is when Obama gets his judges ready in full accordance the federal government request to speed asylum processing to the 4-7-time deadline.
After a couple days during Obama administration this December 28, it was a federal government in September to say Obama to get all the judge positions in October, and then after the administration moved this into February after Clinton said it would never even look for a judges and if needed could only consider them with a recommendation on the request: a waiver in immigration, it could only grant it was approved this far and not just in the courts then Obama only got two courts which still don't have jurisdiction, but with all judges of a district they wouldn't know if they still did. How about Obama to get 2-3 months or more after December and get them over and after so it would allow immigration applications from before the Dec 08 court filing until Oct 8 before November the 1st would have to go for those 2nd or they can get this from a federal request under.

Biden and other administration officials, notably Homeland John Kelly, praised efforts "all along those very dangerous paths" for immigration issues and told reporters, this being President Donald Trump's first foreign trip as official commander-in-chief, what was on tap next.
